Taco Bowl (N)

A vibrant, plant-powered taco bowl that balances textures and bright flavors. The base is fluffy cilantro-lime quinoa, folded with fresh cilantro and zesty lime juice. Toppings include savory walnut-mushroom "ground beef" for a meaty bite, a burst of fresh Pico de gallo, and homemade guacamole for creamy richness. Finish with a dollop of vegan sour cream and optional vegan cheese for extra creaminess and melt.

Vegan Steak Fajita Quesadillas

Grilled, seasoned plant-based steak fajita filling stuffed inside crispy, golden quesadillas. Served with your choice of zesty cilantro lime rice or quinoa, plus a fresh, crisp garden salad for the perfect balance of bold flavors and wholesome goodness.
